I’ve been attending Lauren’s virtual classes for almost a year. She is a mindful teacher whose classes offer the perfect combination of energy building and relaxation. I look forward to these classes, knowing that each one will offer a fresh practice, exploring new poses, in a comfortable and safe atmosphere. Lauren provides custom group playlists that are the perfect pairing with her flows! Sometimes I forget we’re not in the same room physically, because I feel so connected. Namaste!
I like Lauren’s style. Any difficulty in conducting virtual yoga rather than in-studio yoga is bypassed through Lauren talking through each pose and explaining in detail each movement. She effortlessly goes with the flow and not worried about the camera.

The way she affirms every part of the experience, her language and warmth, and the infinite space she holds for all of our love and light are truly felt in her practice. It is an honor to share time with Lauren in the mat!
Lauren offers a Vinyasa that strengthens the body, while embracing mindfulness. Her class challenges and encourages us to push ourselves, or be soft, depending on what we need that day. I love her down-to-earth approach, coupled with experience and a gifted teaching methodology.
I love that Lauren gives you different options to go with the poses. I’m new to yoga so I don’t have enough strength/flexibility to do some of them, and having options is helpful. Her class is so complete, it helped me strengthen my muscles but in a soothing, relaxing way, and my body really enjoyed it. I end up feeling energized and beautifully relaxed!
The best yoga instructors are the ones that show their passion for their practice through their teaching- and I definitely add Lauren to this category. She’s always made yoga so personable and accessible. Her classes are super diverse but always seem to give you exactly what you needed in that moment.
I’ve taken both live and pre-recorded classes and everything that Lauren does is equally amazing. She has instructions for people of all levels which is helpful since I am still new to yoga. While yoga is meditative and restorative, she also allows you to challenge yourself in many poses and I am able to really strengthen my muscles during her classes. I highly recommend her to everyone!
Lauren’s yoga classes are nothing short of amazing! I’ve taken her class in-person and remotely and she does an incredible job of creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere even through a screen. Her virtual classes are masterfully instructed, she provides clear instruction and is accommodating to her students. As a novice yogi, I really appreciate her demonstrating modified movements or poses, while also demonstrating advanced versions (which I hope to work up to eventually). Also, her music selection is fantastic. I can’t recommend her classes enough!
When I first attended Lauren’s classes a few years ago, I was absolutely blown away with how much detail she gives out when instructing to get into poses. I had already been doing yoga for a couple years, but her classes were some of my first classes and I was so happy that she came into my life. She definitely lets you listen to your body, and will challenge you, but won’t push you out of your comfort zone. She’s one of the greatest and I can’t recommend her enough!
The way Lauren sets up each online class makes you feel like you e stepped into your favorite yoga studio. Lauren is truly gifted as a yoga instructor! Her cues for alignment are top-notch; she provides a wide variety of classes and she has a very down-to-earth vibe. I recommend her classes to all of my friends!
Lauren is the most professional live video-yoga instructor I’ve ever seen! She sets the intention of the practice so genuinely, and truly wants the best for everyone in the class. What I loved the most was her playlist and how we were challenged the entire class, but her encouragement and the music kept me going!
With COVID forcing me to be quarantined to my house I was slowly losing my mind. Lucky for me, Laur came out with Skype yoga. Her classes have been so helpful and have given me hope. I needed yoga to keep my head space right. Both her flow and her words are so soothing during class. 10 out of 10 recommend snagging a virtual mat in out of her classes!
I love taking Lauren’s virtual yoga classes! It’s always a good workout and she is a very attentive instructor!! She has helped my yoga game tremendously!!!
