I focus a lot on shoulder, hips, and lower back lengthening and strengthening as many of us are now confined to our home and likely working in non-ergonomic areas. I also focus on the theme of the Root chakra and reminding us of the importance of finding presence and staying grounded; especially right now.

Morning Energizing Flow | 38 minutes

Flow begins at 6:34. This is an energizing flow that is great for before work; especially if you have a desk job. I did my best to make this accessible to all levels and give you space to listen to your body. There are many pros to practicing at home versus a studio, but below are just a few that came to mind based on this morning’s practice. Find more about on this here.

Yoga for Anxiety/Panic Attacks | 39 minutes

Flow begins at 3:30 As a reminder, you should always refer to professional help first and foremost under any mental health-related concerns. However, this is what helps ME during times of extreme anxiety and I hope you find some relief as well. I encourage you to try it out, listen to your body, and do what feels best for YOU! Postpartum Yoga | 38 minutes
