Beginning to Heal

I have been looking to return to a practice for a really long time. Participating in this class has really made me identify a lot of places where I have been storing stress in my body. Lauren’s yoga style is challenging, but she also helps you focus on where your body is at right now not where it should be! Her Monday sessions a GREAT and grounding way to start the week. 10/10 💜☀️🧘‍♀️
