After much thought and fighting with my ego, I am so excited to announce that I have decided to start my own YouTube channel!

Over the years, I have had countless people reach out for help with their practice; on where to start, poses to work on, or just some of my favorite YouTube channels. As these inquiries continuously increased over time, I decided to take the plunge and begin creating content for you to follow!

I can’t promise it will be pretty or necessarily consistent, but I can promise I will listen to your feedback/requests and always give you everything.

All I ask from you is compassion, honesty, and patience. 

This will be a slow roll-out and I will be using incentives to get you involved as I learn what you want to see.
